The name “zeolite” is derived from the Greek word for “boiling stones.” This stone is known to froth when heated at high enough temperatures.
Zeolites are commonly used as Reiki stones. They are believed to aid one’s energies and healing capabilities.
Geology
Zeolites come in clusters of all shapes and sizes. They are made up of various crystals, including Apophyllite, Stilbite, and Okenite, among others. It is often colorless, but can also be found in shades of white, blue, or light amber. It is found in various parts of Europe and the United States, as well as Australia and India.

Care
You can place this stone in full moon moonlight to energize. It can also be moved through sage smoke or incense, placed in rice, or buried in the earth over night.
