Place these stones and the ceramic catalyst in a water bottle (preferably glass) and let rest on the geometric base for at least a half hour (preferably in natural sunlight). The water is then ready for you to drink. The combination of materials soothes your energy field, relaxing stress in a coherent manner. 

Keep the bottle near you and sip often throughout the day. It is best to use purified water, such as reverse osmosis. It is best to store the stones and water in a glass bottle, and to wash the bottle and stones every day or so. This combination can be purchased as a unit or individually (in case you have some parts already on hand). 

The kit consists of: one Lithium Quartz (lithium is a natural relaxant and quartz is a balancer), one pink Kunzite (contains lithium and helps you align and flow with the natural energies and heart emotions of a situation), one HIddenite (Green Kunzite – very soothing to the mind), one white ceramic catalyst bead (energizes the water, keeps the stones clear, resonates with the energy of peace).
