Epidote helps to clear negative emotional states – stress, self-pity, and anxiety. It also helps to clear the emotional body, old emotional trauma and releasing grief. Epidote supports the bodies healing process, helping to stay centered no matter what situation. This is the perfect stone for those who fall easily into victimhood or martyrdom, helping to look objectively at your own strengths and weaknesses and of other people.

Epidote is found in the U.S, Bulgaria, Austria, France, Russia, Norway, South Africa, Pakistan, Mozambique, and Mexico.
