This sequoia stands 209 feet tall, is 96 feet in circumference, and is estimated to be 1800 years old! He is called the Grizzly Giant, and lives in Yosemite National Park, California.
The Grizzly Giant asked me to sit with him for awhile, and I happily did so. We had a heart-felt communion about all the changes the world is going through, and he showed me how he is a place holder for earth. Notice the images of the energies he is holding in place: a condor, a smiling native, and a snake. The condor and the snake are sacred images to the indigenous nations of the Americas; they have appeared together at many critical era-changing times, and a new appearance of them together is fabled to signal the start of the new world we are just entering. So the Grizzly Giant has been holding steady transformative energies, through the centuries, for us all!
