A customer came in last week in hopes to decipher what her stone was trying to tell her. She came up to the counter, pulled out a greenish stone and asked what it was. I told her that it is Moss Agate and that it is good for bringing in more abundance and that it helps one connect to nature.
She smiled and then went on to explain that she always keeps it in the middle of a circle of other stones. That since Easter it has moved from the center of that circle and jumped off the table. The first time it did this, she had guests over to witness. She went on to explain that she feels that whatever is happening feels good but she would like more clarification on who, how, why, what. We explained that it or possibly a nature spirit is trying to tell her something. We said to try to recall either what she was thinking when this happens. She explained that all three times that this has happened it always moves along the same path. That right when it reaches the end of the table it takes a leap. It literally jumps and flies off the table.
It occurred to me that in my own life, when I am learning a lesson or going through something it usually goes in cycles. I told her this and asked if there was something that she has been thinking about or “learning” that this rock or the nature spirit might be trying to help her with. It was awesome to see her light up and explain that the rock always traveled in a North-West direction before leaping and she has been pondering about and hoping to move to the North West.
It is possible that it was telling her to go ahead…”TAKE THAT LEAP and just do it!” It felt good to all of us. To verify, we encouraged her to put the rock back in that circle and next time that it leaps ask: what is the message? Most importantly to trust what she feels is the answer!
