Chiastolite is a mineral often found in schist and gneiss. It can also form during the metamorphic transformation of some stones. This stone is often red or brown with black cross patterns. It is found in Chile, Russia, and Spain.

You can place this stone in full moon moonlight to energize. It can also be moved through sage smoke or incense, placed in rice, or buried in the earth overnight.
