What is the best way to USE Apache tears.
Hello Kathy. Apache tears are comforting stones that help you work through issues connected to grief and depression. Very useful stones for these times! You would put them in your pockets to hold throughout the day, when needed – I prefer one in each pocket. you can hold one at bedtime, or place it over your heart to connect to its healing emotional qualities (then tuck it under your pillow as you fall asleep). You can sit with the stones, holding them in your palms on your lap and allowing their energy to merge and soothe your energy. You can place it in a bottle of water, and its frequency is soothing for you to drink. Click to read an informative article about Apache tears\.
