Large Oval Lepidolite Pendant

Our Large Oval Lepidolite Pendants are made here at Crystal Life using top quality gemstone beads on silver-toned jewelers metal. Each of these Lepidolite Pendants show the beautiful soft lilac and rich mauve varied coloration seen in Lepidolite. They measure just above 1.5″ from the top of the pendants bail to the base of the gemstone and average about 3/4″ wide.

Geology

Lepidolite is a member of the mica group of minerals. Often, it’s found within granite or as inclusions that have formed alongside Quartz, felspar, and Tourmaline.  It is used commercially as a source of the alkali metals  Lithium and Rubidium, both of which are extremally unstable and as such natural, pure sources of the metals are very uncommon. This stone is frequently sourced from Brazil, California, Madagascar and the Ural Mountains.

Bathe in full moonlight regularly to energize crystals. Cleanse regularly by placing your Large Oval Lepidolite Pendant on a piece of selenite or by moving through the smoke of sage. We do not recommend cleaning with chemical metal cleaners or polish but these Lepidolite Pendants may be washed with soap and water if necessary.
