The Hawk is one of my primary spirit guides. It is often with me in places that they are not meant to exist. I find the pure nature of the Hawk to be so beautiful. This past week, over three days I had seen six Hawks up close and personal. There was one sitting on the shoulder of the road and when I drove by it flew above my car. And I just looked in awe, as I usually do when I see them. This past Sunday morning we happened to have one sitting in one of our trees in the backyard. And then I remembered that I had been seeing them so much lately. So I emailed a friend to ask what they thought it might mean. Their response was; “Did you ask the Hawk?” DUH….no I hadn’t. Sometimes I forget to look within for the answers that I seek. I think that my spirit guides felt that if I wasn’t going to listen it would settle down in my backyard until I heard what he had to say. So I closed my eyes and shifted my consciousness. I saw red and he said that something great is coming my way. And I need to focus on my meditations and my inner light to prepare my body. After that I thanked him. Then the lights in my third eye turned green. The hawk spent a couple more hours moving from tree to tree and chirping away. Later I went out side to take some pictures of him. And I saw that the clouds were purple, which is usually my affirmation that I am on the right track. The following morning I had an amazing session with my acupuncturist, some really AHHH moments. And on my way home I saw three Hawks flying together in circles over a wooded area. And I wished that I had my camera with me. Then when I drove into my driveway one flew behind my car and in between the houses. That was just another affirmation sign for me. There are times when life gets busy, especially around the holidays, and we forget to slow down and just take in the simplicity of Mother Nature.
