There comes a time…

If you are facing a period of change, consider the following philosophy, presented by Greek poet Constantine Cavafy:
To certain people there comes a day
when they must say the great Yes or the great No.
He who has the Yes ready within him
immediately reveals himself, and saying it he goes
From honor to honor, strong in his convictions.
He who refuses does not repent. Should he be asked again,
he would say no again. And yet that no –
the right no — crushes him for the rest of his life.

The frogs in the well – is it time for YOU to move on?

Times are changing and with it the ability of many groups, businesses and organizations to adapt to new ways. Today, more than ever, it is important to learn to share and cooperate with each other in a friendly, non-authoritarian manner. If you are involved in such a situation, it is very stressful: do you stay and help initiate change, or move on yourself? If you stay, will they listen, or turn on you as the purveyor of unwelcome information? This is a common theme running through many of the personal and land consultations I have recently been working on – yes, land, too is in conflict between the old ways of nature and the attempt of humans to exert control. This inspired me to write the following story, the retelling of an old Indian tale.
Once upon a time there was a group of frogs who felt they were living in a fine old well. They were very proud of themselves for the well was very strong, deep and dark. It was a permanent sort of a place, you see, and they felt they owned it all to themselves. They believed that this was all there was to the world and so long as they were in charge and in the well, they were safe.
Oh, sure, from time to time mysterious outside frogs would suddenly appear in their tiny little dark hole. These outsiders were full of mischief and evil ways. They lied profusely to the well frogs, telling tales about a world of light where frogs could jump any place they pleased – a peaceful world of colors, they were told, of sights and sounds that were far too strange to ever be possible for anyone to see – who did these outsiders think they were fooling!! Why, they simply wanted the well frogs to jump outside into the dangerous world beyond, so that these annoying outsiders could take over their fine, strong, protected well home!! Outrageous!!

Hello, was on your site showing orbs. I took this picture of my horses this
past summer after placing fluorite crystals on the halters. It was not till
much later that I noticed the orbs. Are they real or just dust?
